The DS-683 series of Passive Vents, Solar Vents, and Wind Vents are great for ventilating year round. The DS-683 Passive Vents travel well, so if you are going to transport your boat or equipment, this is the best choice of vents to use. Once you reach your destination, you can swap out some passive vents for Wind Vents and Solar Vents.
The DS683 series vents are made of sturdy polyethylene with maximum UV inhibitors and screened bases. These are weather tight on a horizontal or vertical surface.
The passive vent may be used over your fuel vent (your fuel vent will likely be covered by the shrink wrap) - be sure to watch the shrink wrap training video to learn proper installation.
