13 Pallet Shrink Wrap Bags

Shrink Bags for Pallets allow you to easily cover your loaded pallet. Install the pallet shrink bag from the top down (install the pallet bag upside down), so the pallet bag completely covers the load. Make a vertical pleat or two to neatly control any extra material. At the bottom (at the pallet), take the excess pallet bag and cuff it around the base of the pallet.

Then, using a propane shrink wrap heat gun (such as the value priced Rapid Shrink Shrink Wrap Gun, the Shrinkfast 998 Shrink Wrap Gun or the Ripak 2200 Shrink Wrap Gun), apply heat to shrink the pallet bag cuff to secure the bag to the pallet. Next, apply heat to the pleats to weld them (make the pleated bag layers adhere to one another). To finish, work your way around the perimeter, shrinking the pallet bag from the pallet up.
