The value-priced Rapid Shrink RS70 Propane Heat Tool (70,000 BTU) was a new design introduced in 2010. This Shrink Wrap Gun Kit is great for smaller boats and equipment. It is important to use only the best quality shrink wrap guns, to ensure that your shrink wrapping goes as smoothly as possible, with minimal melt-throughs (some guns can put out so many BTU that they can very quickly burn a large hole in your cover, defeating the purpose of making a water tight shrink wrap cover).

The Rapid Shrink RS70 Propane Shrink Wrap Gun is an economical, effective, durable, lightweight, easy to use shrink wrap gun for shrink wrapping pallets, small to mid-sized machinery and for individuals shrink wrapping boats up to 26 feet long, including pontoon boats. 

The Rapid Shrink Propane Fired Heat Tool has been designed to fit the hand comfortably while quickly heating large areas of shrink wrap, yet provides a more "controllable" and limited BTU output to help you not over do it (shrink wrap can burn, and a hole can easily be melted through if too much heat is appled).

The easy squeeze of the trigger ignites the Rapid Shrink for immediate heat.

Releasing the trigger promptly shuts the heat tool down for safe operation.

3 Foot Shrink Wrap Gun Extension DSI-RS70-EXT  - As of June 26, 2010, this Shrink Wrap Gun has been redesigned to accept optional Shrink Wrap Gun Extension DSI-RS70-EXT, which is approximately 35 inches long. (Models purchased from BigShrink.com before June 26, 2010 can NOT be fitted with the extension).
