Pallet Heat Shrink Bags - large shrink bags allow you to quickly and easily cover and shrink wrap a pallet in about 2 minutes!
First minute: 1. Install the pallet bag from the top down (install the pallet bag upside down), so the pallet bag completely covers the load. 2. Make a vertical pleat or two to neatly control any extra material. 3. At the bottom (at the pallet), take the excess pallet bag and cuff it around the base of the pallet. Second minute: 2. Apply heat to the pleats to weld them (make the pleated bag layers adhere to one another). 3. Work your way around the perimeter, shrinking the pallet bag from the pallet up.
It's that simple, and you are done.

| * Standard sizes can be ordered below by the roll. Special order runs of pallet shrink bags are approximately 1500 pounds per single size of bag (for example, a custom bag may be approximately 78 pounds per roll of 60 bags, so the minimum order for that custom size or color would be about 1500 / 78 = 20 rolls of 60 bags each = 1200 bags). Quotes will need to be worked up on any special order. Generally, shrink bag sizes can be made for up to 40" x 48" pallets with a height up to 96" before shrinking.
** The UV inhibitors protect the pallet shrink bag from UV damage, but do NOT protect the content of the pallet shrink bag. UV rays will penetrate the clear pallet shrink bag and can have a "greenhouse" effect.
